Individual Divisions

Scaled Division –
Minimum requirements

The intent of the scaled division is to allow everyone who wants to compete, the opportunity to compete at an appropriate level.
Achieve multiple reps of each –

  • Deadlift: Men 60 – 75 kgs / Women 35 – 60 kgs
  • Front Squat: Men 50 – 65 kgs / Women 35 – 50 kgs
  • Snatch: Men 35 – 45 kgs / Women 15 – 25 kgs
  • Thrusters: Men 35 – 45 kgs / Women 15 – 25 kgs
  • Shoulder to Overhead: Men 35 – 45 kgs / Women 15 – 25 kgs

Can perform each of –

  • Clean and Jerk/Push Press (Power Clean is acceptable!)
  • Single skips 25+ per minute
  • Wall Ball Shots: Men 6 kgs / Women 3 kgs
  • Box Step Ups: Men 24” / Women 20”
  • Hanging Knee Raises
  • Lunges
  • Row
  • Bar Facing Burpees (With jump over or step over the bar)
  • Run up to 1km
  • Chin Over Bar Jumping Pull Ups: 4-6 consecutive reps
  • Supported Handstand hold: 30sec
Intermediate Division –
Minimum requirements

Intermediate athletes should have solid foundational knowledge of functional movement and be able to complete multiple benchmark workouts as prescribed. If you’re more often than not achieving the prescribed standard in your gym, and have competed before this division is for you.
Achieve multiple reps of each –

  • Deadlift: Men 75 – 100 kgs / Women 60 – 85 kgs
  • Front Squat: Men 65 – 80 kgs / Women 50 – 65 kgs
  • Snatch: Men 45 – 60 kgs / Women 25 – 40 kgs
  • Thrusters: Men 45 – 60 kgs / Women 25 – 40 kgs
  • Shoulder to Overhead: Men 45 – 60 kgs / Women 25 – 40 kgs

Can perform each of –

  • Clean and Jerk/Push Press
  • Double skips 25+ per minute
  • Wall Ball Shots: Men 9 kgs / Women 6 kgs
  • Box Jumps: Men 24” / Women 20”
  • Toes To Bar
  • Weighted Lunges
  • Row
  • Bar Facing Burpees (With jump over the bar)
  • Run up to 1km
  • Pistol
  • Pull Ups: 4-6 consecutive reps
  • Ring Dips: 4 – 6 consecutive reps
  • Kipping HSPU: 4 – 6 consecutive reps
  • 5m Rope climb
Rx Division –
Minimum requirements

The Rx division is for those athletes who have competed for several years, are proficient and competent at all varieties of fitness movements and standards.
Achieve multiple reps of each –

  • Deadlift: Men 100 kgs + / Women 85 kgs +
  • Front Squat: Men 80 kgs + / Women 65 kgs +
  • Snatch: Men 60 kgs + / Women 40 kgs +
  • Thrusters: Men 60 kgs + / Women 40 kgs +
  • Shoulder to Overhead: Men 60 kgs + / Women 40 kgs +

Can perform each of –

  • Squat Clean and Jerk
  • Double skips 50+ per minute
  • Wall Ball Shots: Men 9 kgs / Women 6 kgs
  • Box Jumps: Men 30” / Women 24”
  • Overhead Weighted Lunges
  • Row
  • Bar Facing Burpees
  • Run up to 1km
  • Weighted Pistol
  • C2B Pull Ups: 4 – 6 consecutive reps
  • TTB: 4 – 6 consecutive reps
  • Bar and Ring Muscle Up
  • Strict HSPU: 4 – 6 consecutive reps
  • 5m Legless Rope climb
Masters Division –
Minimum requirements

Achieve Multiple Reps of each –

  • Deadlift: Men 100 kgs + / Women 85 kgs +
  • Front Squat: Men 70 kgs + / Women 55 kgs +
  • Snatch: Men 50 kgs + / Women 30 kgs +
  • Thrusters: Men 50 kgs + / Women 30 kgs +
  • Shoulder to Overhead: Men 50 kgs + / Women 30 kgs

Can Perform each of –

  • Squat Clean and Jerk
  • Snatch
  • Double skips 50+ per minute
  • Wall Ball Shots: Men 9 kgs / Women 6 kgs
  • Box Jumps: Men 30” / Women 24”
  • Weighted Lunges
  • Row
  • Bar Facing Burpees
  • Run up to 1km
  • Pull Ups/TTB/HSPU/C2B
  • TTB: 4 – 6 consecutive reps

Teen Division (15 – 17 Yrs) –
Minimum requirements

Achieve Multiple Reps of each –

  • Deadlift:  Men 60 – 80 kgs / Women 40 – 60 kgs
  • Front Squat:  Men 60 – 75 kgs  / Women 40 – 55 kgs
  • Snatch: Men 40 – 50 kgs / Women 25 – 35 kgs
  • Thrusters: Men 40 – 50 kgs / Women 25 – 35 kgs
  • Shoulder to Overhead: Men 40 – 50 kgs / Women 25 – 35 kgs

Can Perform each of –
