Who can take part?
The Individual competition invites competitors to register and compete in one of five categories. Those categories are Scaled, Intermediate, Rx, Masters (40+ and 50+).
The first segment of the Individual competition will be an online based qualifier which runs from the 5th – 30th June. Competitors will complete workouts released during the online qualifier. Once submitted, their scores will then be ranked and the competitors will be given a national ranking.
The top 32 qualifying individuals from the Scaled, Intermediate and Rx categories, and the top 16 Masters (8 from the 40+ and 8 from the 50+), will be invited to compete at the Finals event held over 21st/22nd July in Cambridge at the Avantidrome. Competitors will be tested over two days of competition to find the National Champion in each division.
